Huge suite with jacuzzi bath, balcony, and sitting room. Comfy bed, clean, and quiet. Great location near restaurants, Old Town, and river. Friendly and helpful staff.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Krakow. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had everything I needed. The hotel was spotlessly clean, from the room to the common areas. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk away from the main square. Additionally, the breakfast provided a wide variety of options and was constantly restocked.

It was all superb.

The rooms were bright and functional, the food was good. There was plenty of food for breakfast, including hardboiled eggs, bread, fruit and cheese.

This pleasant, fairly clean property has amazing English breakfasts and superfriendly staff.

I recently stayed in this hotel and I absolutely loved it! The location is fantastic, nestled in the heart of an old Jewish neighborhood with some hidden gems close by. The service was impeccable; from the room service and wake up calls to the friendly staff at the reception desk who helped me with all of my needs. The room itself was spacious and incredibly comfortable, with amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. I also enjoyed the dining experience in the restaurant and bar/lounge area.

This place would be perfect for families as well, but my only recommendation would be for the hotel to include more children's menu options on the restaurant menu.

It was reasonably priced. All facilities were good too. I found particularly good Chajim Kohan restaurant easy walk to the hotel. I had the brunch there.

It made my trip to Krakow a really great experience. The hotel was clean and stunningly beautiful, I thoroughly enjoyed its very good staff and location.

Stylish and modern decor with high-quality materials used in the room finishing. Excellent choice for breakfast with a wide variety of options. Comfortable and cozy bed for a good night's sleep. Beautiful design lights in the room that create a pleasant ambiance. Conveniently located near nice restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.

Clean and peaceful place. I loved my double room. Its location was very central, within short walking distance of High Synagogue.

Limited amenities in the room, such as only hand soap in the bathroom and a lack of toilet paper for a longer stay. the parking was expensive and not clearly stated as an additional cost.

It is conveniently close to public transportation, making it easy to reach the city's main attractions like the market square. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean, with modern decor. The Wi-Fi in the rooms can be unreliable and weak at times.

Excellent hotel! We were amazed by the modern design and cleanliness. The location was perfect, with easy access to the main attractions of the city. The staff went above and beyond, especially Witold, who recommended great restaurants and booked trips for us. We felt well taken care of. I would highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Krakow.
