I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Krakow. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had everything I needed. The hotel was spotlessly clean, from the room to the common areas. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk away from the main square. the breakfast provided a wide variety of options and was constantly restocked.

I recently stayed in this hotel and I absolutely loved it! The location is fantastic, nestled in the heart of an old Jewish neighborhood with some hidden gems close by. The service was impeccable; from the room service and wake up calls to the friendly staff at the reception desk who helped me with all of my needs. The room itself was spacious and incredibly comfortable, with amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. I also enjoyed the dining experience in the restaurant and bar/lounge area.
This place would be perfect for families as well, but my only recommendation would be for the hotel to include more children's menu options on the restaurant menu.

Beautiful design lights in the room that create a pleasant ambiance. Conveniently located near nice restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.

Great location in a vibrant part of the city, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and food options. Friendly and helpful staff who provided good customer service. The rooms were clean and nicely designed, with comfortable beds.
Limited amenities in the room, such as only hand soap in the bathroom and a lack of toilet paper for a longer stay. The parking was expensive and not clearly stated as an additional cost.

Excellent hotel! We were amazed by the modern design and cleanliness. The location was perfect, with easy access to the main attractions of the city. The staff were really good, especially Witold, who recommended great restaurants and booked trips for us. We felt well taken care of. I would highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Krakow.
